Flickering flamePulsing,Sputtering lifeAnd dancingAlways dancing,Bent by breeze,Reaching upTo cast shadowsOversizedThere and goneAnd back,As flame flaresSpits from waxReceding Shadows fallDwindle,As dance declinesLight retreatsBreath is heldThen releasedWith luminosity renewedSo fragileSo persistentSo,Mesmerising?
