Rock on Pogue,

Did you sit late into the evening and listening to Glastonbury? I did. Not that Sundays lineup held a lot of interest but Saturday night. Great! And as you know if you were watching, Macca, Paul McCartney headlined. I have to admit to being a little dubious as to whether he could carry off a concert of this magnitude being 80 years old and all.

But he delivered and we had a cascade of memories. Well at least those of us were old enough to have been able to have the experiences that create memories.

So I’ve been listening to Beatles and Wings for the last week or so. Sort of catching up on songs that he sat on the shelf far too long. rob ably my favourite McCartney creation is the Band On The Run album and on Saturday night Paul played the title song together with guest, Dave Grohl. So here it is. Enjoy one of my memories.
