The trees don’t care
If I run through them stark naked
With my arse all bare
The trees just smile
When I continue walking all day
For far too many a mile
The trees never mind
When I hide in the woods
Because the world’s so unkind
The trees share the breeze
When my soul is undone
And I’m needing some ease
The trees are a balm
In the turbulence of life
My place of assured calm
The trees are my rest
When all energies gone
Sharing with me their healing solace
